Judicial Hearings: Part 2 again

This is what I have noticed.

1) Roberts will answer questions regarding decided cases, but only on the basis of the decision. He isn't interjecting his personal views on it. Trying to keep his personal views to himself.

2) Roberts pointed out that when he was a lawyer he was representing his client and the arguments were based on the facts as known from the clients' side. Because isn't that what lawyers are supposed to do...argue for their client? He did not come out and say whether that view was his or not, though.

3) Kennedy and Biden are both pontificating. They are both talking over Roberts and not allowing him to answer their long winded questions. Biden even went on to state that he knew what Roberts was trying to say. He must be a mind-reader.

I don't even want to think of what Schumer is going to come up with...

kennedy was getting on my nerves , so was schumer they I think need a basic lesson in civilility ,wasnt Kennedy's face a bit bloated , he kinda looks sick .. but Roberts was quite eloquent with his answers ,

I actually didn't see Schumers turn. I think it was a blessing in disguise!
I'm just always amazed that Kennedy, Biden, Byrd, et al. keep getting re-elected. They must not have anyone running against them!
