The Sad Story Continues...

A while back, I linked to a very sad story about a beautiful little girl named Kelsey who had been beaten to death. A case of abuse that could have been stopped, but like so many, poor little Kelsey fell through the cracks of child services. The Oklahoman newspaper (also appearing on NewsOK.com) is running a series of articles about this devastating story. Please read them. Maybe there will be something in them that you recognize and you may be able to help stop this from happening again.
