Time

The older I get, the more I realize that there are just not enough hours in the day...or night for that matter. I will find that I get more beading done in the late evening, end up working on a piece until 2am or 3am, then I have to get up to try to get some work (I'm an at-home transcriptionist) and around 10am or so, I can't keep my eyes open and end up taking a nap - a 20 minute power nap will usually work, but sometimes I'll wake up an hour or more later!

Anyway, between work and running errands or running my youngest here and there, beading gets put off until late evening and the whole cycle starts over again! Can someone please put an extra couple of hours in the day?! :)

You're schedule sounds a lot like mine. But, I don't have a kid, so I don't know what my excuse is... LOL.

It can be anything, though. The naggy little chores that just pile up or having to make dinner or run somewhere. I would love to just be able to create for several hours at a time without being interrupted. Of course it doesn't help that my "office" is in the kitchen and my "craft area" is in the living room! I think I should get my husband's office since he doesn't use it as much as I would! :)

I'm very much in favour of putting more hours in the day. But maybe our leisure time would be not more as we would have to work more, too! ;)

You're probably right beadexplorer. Maybe more hours isn't such a good idea!? :)
